Hi guys,
Avoid contamination where you can. Detox. Detox. Detox.
And charcoal seems to be useful.
Bring back the burnt toast -and I don’t think it will give you cancer.
Anyway 1g of activated charcoal has a surface area of 400 square metres thank you Pete! … sounds impressive ..
It appears safe (no wet farts), it seems to be helpful (improved blood picture) and it has known side effects which are non life-threatening and predictable (see wet farts).
The benefits appear short lived i.e. days and presumably this is because we live in a contaminated environment. Apparently it is microplastics - so that’s what the planes are dropping!
Now, I have not been particularly scientific with this however experience of my colleagues has been a bit more organised and blood appears to have gone from this:
to this the following day after consuming 1 tsp high grade activated charcoal in the morning and maintaining a fasting state for a total of 16 hours before checking the sample:
clearly much better and having seen extensive footage of the two samples - before and after there was clearly a marked improvement.
My blood has looked a bit forlorn for some time. This is a good example of what it has looked like less than 2 weeks ago:
I took 1 tsp of activated charcoal and maintained an almost fasted state and my blood looked like:
I was fairly happy with this. I will continue with the activated charcoal fasting in the morning 3-4 x a week as it is inexpensive, safe and helpful. I will also add back sodium citrate 1-2g daily with food and I will monitor and let you know if this changes.
Note: activated charcoal can lead to mineral deficiencies medium to long term.
Consideration: If I had to have a local anaesthetic, or other exposure, I would consider (extra) activated charcoal and sodium citrate.
Last, but certainly not least, a further nod to Karl who posted on activated charcoal in August last year but I did not read the post until yesterday. Here is your chance:
Cheers
David
Thanks for this update Dr. Nixon. Ultimately, as you said, we live in a contaminated environment (which is likely constantly being 'replenished' with said contaminants).
Individual detoxing is definitely better than nothing but unless a collective action is taken to remove the contaminants from the environment, I can't see how this issue can be resolved.
Thanks again for all you do.
Yes. Activated Charcoal is very good. I have worked before in many countries like India, Africa, Carribean, Europe and I always had with me Activated Charcoal. At the first sign that I was not feeling good, Activated Charcoal and I was back ok.
I also like Baking Soda. I take 1/2 ts with warm water every morning for years. There are a lot of information on internet about the benefits of Baking Soda for detoxication. It also increase your ph, a must to avoid a lot of Sicknesses.
