Hi Y’all,
I am fortunate to have colleagues with considerable research experience and I have recently been provided with a second set of images before and after activated charcoal and before and after changing drinking water.
This is from the same colleague that provided me his data previously.
Minimising ongoing contamination where possible is clearly a good idea and tap water particularly appears to be a significant source of contamination. Reverse osmosis and distillation appear the most useful but both require some thought as to how this is carried out. I will re-visit this soon.
My colleague first noted that there were small amounts of gel present in his blood in October last year and this got progressively worse. Here are a couple of examples from November last year.
Certainly this seems similar to what I published a month ago and please review live blood check -part 1 if you would like further information.
This is what the images looked like when drinking tap water and taking activated charcoal 1/2 tsp a day i.e. not a lot different. Charcoal was taken away from food - approximately 10 hrs post last meal, and 3-6 hrs pre next meal.
Much of the drop was gel only - no blood cells. No part of the blood sample was free of extensive gel.
However after increasing the amount of charcoal to 1 tsp per day for 5 days and drinking only distilled re-mineralised water this was the appearance of the blood. My colleague noted that the entire sample looked like that below. Clearly a vast improvement:
Note the thick boundary to the blood sample. We didn’t see this a few months ago either and presumably this indicates the presence of hydrogel(s) at the edge of the sample.
Activated charcoal certainly appears to offer improvement in the microscopic appearance of the blood provided one takes steps to reduce the contamination going in. I am sure we will learn more over the next few months however I would encourage everybody to consider the quality of their drinking water and taking activated charcoal at least a few days a week.
Cheers
David
and thanks for the support! I am most grateful for any assistance.
Off-thread ! Back to sodium Citrate: in standard lab work used as an anticoagulant. Relief from lower back pain reported by a Karl C correspondent. Is this because SC allows the rbcs to move around more freely and transport Oxygen to the painful areas ? 2 days in on 1/3 tsp dissolved in water and I would have to say so far I agree - arthritic neck.
David I am in Nepal we have no chance to have activate charcoal. My people had the J&J and we had a few really bad problems. Since then we drink a decoction (it has to boil 8/10 minutes) of turmeric and star anise in powder almost every morning. 2/3 of turmeric, 1/3 star anise. From that moment we had no more bad things happening. Turmeric, if cooked, is a powerful detox ingredient, and star anise is good against flu and all those problems. I don't know if this can be useful. BTW my people who have been jabbed are 35. I also drink the decoction because I had shedding problems. It takes a little time for working, like, say one week. With people who had very bad skin problems it worked in 2 weeks.
