Over the last two weeks I have looked at ~ 80 peoples bloods and given a couple of public talks which included a spontaneous live zoom with Karl C which was great fun. Thank you to Donna and Steve for making it happen in Coffs Harbour and Zoe, Amanda and Maree for making it happen in Alstonville

I saw a couple of younger people in Alstonville who have both taken 1tsp activated charcoal for a week.

The results were similar for both of them and showed significant improvement and they have had no problems. They have both started on sodium citrate as well yester day.

I would recommend 1tsp every other day for as long as the BS continues.
