The Case for Dry Fasting
(and link for tomorrow's meeting - 6am Brisbane time, for paid subscribers)
I was recently approached by a colleague who was keen to facilitate discussion on dry fasting as a potential weapon against the nanotechnology in our blood and specifically against hydrogels. This follows well from my posts over the last couple of days and the reading we are doing with regard to this aspect of the technology.
Dry fasting at first thought might seem like a crazy concept but at one time so was eating more than 1 egg a day, having butter in your coffee or a ketogenic diet.
Things change (but NOT eating bugs - that is still bat shit CRAZY)
I feel that dry fasting may prove to be a very important therapeutic tool.
As my guest points out we are in the early stages and there is a lot of work to do and there are clearly risks and strategies that need to be understood. So I have ordered my reading material and I look forward to learning more about dry fasting.

The Case for Dry Fasting by Dr Andrew Non.
Calling all humans who are struggling to figure out how to “un-nanotech!” I am bringing my cerebral gauntlet to the table to add to the arsenal of genius that has been exposing what we are truly dealing with. Once you see it, you can’t unsee it.
I am an integrative medicine provider with 20 years of experience. I specialize in treating and healing the chronically ill – the sickest of the sick are my people. Trust me, I have seen it all and there isn’t a crazy therapy or therapeutic I have not tried or heard of in my career. I have been blessed to travel the globe to provide patient care and learned a myriad of treatments from other practitioners, cultures and patients.
I am choosing to stay behind the scenes and allow my fellow brilliant and brave researchers with already established platforms to be the voice for some of the solutions that I am clinically exploring.
This is not because I am afraid, quite the contrary, it is because my bandwidth personally and professionally is currently full, and I would not be able to take on the influx of humanity that would want me to guide them. When I see a human suffering, I cannot turn them away, but I am already obligated to help so many people that need constant care and monitoring to heal their chronic illnesses. As you know, post 2020, many who have already healed are now suffering again.
I want to take the time to applaud all the brave clinicians and brilliant humans who have been searching for solutions since this was brought to light on a much larger platform. Thank you for all the effective remedies, but just like all treatments, not any single “thing” works for everyone, and all those analysing bodily fluids for synthetic biology have shown that despite all the hopeful remedies, syn. bio keeps coming back. Today I will purpose a remedy, that I believe, will turn out to be one of the major saving graces. And the best part is it’s FREE and available to us 24-7.
Let’s get started.
My focus: A remedy for Hydrogels.
And I am not referring to hydrogels use in drug delivery here, but instead biomimetics (transhumanism). Drug delivery is another conversation for another day (we know their hydrogel drug delivery system in the literature is also used as a pathogen “payload” delivery system).
We must put a stop to the unconsented invasion of our bodies from the tuning, cross-linking, and swelling (the terms used to describe the formation of the synthetic biology/ biomimetics inside us) of hydrogels, and destruct what has already formed (degrading the hydrogels).
I’ve shared the idea with colleagues, and a select few patients who trust my medical opinion even when it is literally miles away from even the most fringe holistic approach, that all this autoimmune disease that continues to plague us, is simply our immune systems response to these 3rd generation hydrogels (or are least we are led to believe 3rd gen, we could be in 10th gen, but I am going by what I can find and understand in the literature).
The idea that the immune system would “go rogue” and start attacking itself and is suddenly unable to recognise “self vs not self” is just a bunch of hooey. This is what we are taught as clinicians, but God made us perfect, and the immune system is so complex, resilient, and robust that this evil must come at us from every angle to hijack our humanity…
And, I mean, we could argue it’s a slow kill scenario they have unleashed on humanity, and we are barely vertical at this point, but then that would give these idiots power over us. Trust me, what we are dealing with is not unlike that laughable little man behind the curtain that’s disguised as the “Great Oz.”
Because here we are, still vertical, despite their best efforts. I am not saying our vertical is how it’s supposed to be. I get it. And is why I am here now, reaching out to all of you. Too many of us are vertically suffering and accepting a life of misery and disease as part of being human. For those who rebuke this lie, well, let’s figure this out together.
The first scientific literature published on cross-linked polymeric networks (hydrogel) was published in 1960 (not saying this tech was just discovered in 1960 but this was the first publication).
So, think of where we are now with this technocratic nightmare scenario and how much synthetic biology is inside us!
There are now hundreds of papers, maybe even thousands, and even entire medical textbooks dedicated to the biomedical use of hydrogels, and not just for drug delivery or wound healing, but also polymeric networks that mimic literally any organ/ tissue in the body. E.g. Brain scaffolding. This is your basic polymeric PEG + chitosan combo. Um, Covid shots and “eat ‘ze’ ‘bugzzz’” anyone (PEG in the shots and the WEF’s push to eat bugs whose skeletons are made of chitosan)?
In what seems like a never-ending review of hydrogel literature because there is just so much (!), this 3rd gen of “smart” or “intelligent” cross-linked polymeric network carrier systems (known as hydrogels), after tuning or cross-linking (forming via external stimuli), they then are at their optimal stage of swelling and resemble human tissues. In the literature, they are described at this swelling stage, as having the literal “delicacy” and “elastic consistency of human tissue.” There are even hydrogels that mimic ECM or our extra cellular matrix! Think of your ECM as the roads that lead to and away from your bodily major highway systems (I refer to the bodies highways as all the major organ systems).
Both natural and synthetic materials make-up these complex polymeric networks. And the shapes vary (as witnessed under the microscope) There are nano and micro-sized particles, beads, hydrogel membranes (the long “fibers”), and so on.
How hydrogels tune/ cross-link (form) by external stimuli, I will save for another post. I do think this needs to be addressed because many are getting stuck on the concept that only 5g or EMFs, or chem trails, etc. is the external stimuli. I want to address this at some point in another post.. This transhumanism takeover uses different (but specific) enviro stimuli to make the different hydrogels. So, you are all correct, but also incorrect, because it’s not just one “thing.” I will address this another time so you can resist focusing on a singular external stimulus. You can’t win this war if you don’t know what you are actually fighting. [Karl and I have touched on this recently also - David]
I have so much to share and unload with y’all, but let’s circle back to the purpose of this post: Dry fasting and hydrogels.
KEY TAKEAWAY: (and simply put) Hydrogels are 3D water-loving carrier systems.
These polymeric network systems are currently primarily all HYDROPHILIC polymers. They can mimic tissues and go unnoticed to our naked eyes and medical imaging (but I theorize, not to our immune systems = autoimmune disease) and take over our bodies because hydrogels are designed to hold excess physiological fluid or water in their polymer chains. Much of the final phase, the swelling, when the tissue is fully formed is controlled by osmotic pressure. The first step to the 3 phases of the swelling, is water. Water must first imbibe (penetrate) the hydrogel.
I propose we dry fast and remove the water.
There’s a Russian medical doctor, Dr. Filonov, who has taken 55,000+ patients through a clinical dry fast at his healing centre in a very remote part of Siberia. And Dr. Filonov was trained by a mentor medical doctor who was taking thousands of patients through dry fasts before passing the torch to Dr. Filonov. My point is this is not new. I mean Jesus supposedly dry fasted for 40 days.
Of course, they have not made the connection as to why this healing is so successful. Of course, there is the Dr. Filonov’s theory that inflammation and microbes cannot exist without water, and furthermore, pathogens only “spread throughout the body” by way of water. Um, what else cannot exist without water? HYDROGELS!
When the body is in a state of purposefully induced and clinically monitored dehydration, he says, “only the strong cells survive, and pathogens and inflammation do not.” There is also non-anecdotal science behind the healing powers of dry fasting such as the body’s physiological response to release its own powerful anti-inflammatory medicine: glucocorticoids! Filonov has proven the healing powers of dry fasting continue days post dry fasting such as white blood cells regenerating, while new immune cells are made.
There is an American who went from a bustling happy and successful life to a life of chronic illness and misery. Michelle Slater, PhD, had tried every therapy, even going to very expensive Lyme clinics in Europe to cure her “late-stage Lyme disease.” She only got worse over the years and had given up. Slater confided in her best life-long friend she was ready for assisted suicide until fate led her to dry fasting with Dr. Filonov in Siberia in 2019. She was fully cured after suffering for almost a decade. In 2022, Slater published her memoir: Starving to Heal in Siberia.
It was her book that has brought the work of Dr. Filonov from a remote corner in Siberia to the alternative healing world. It’s a must read.
I am not sure Slater will appreciate being thrown into a truth that many just cannot grasp (“see”). I say this because in her memoir, she references “Lyme disease” is on the rise due to climate change (which please, divorce yourself from the term “Lyme” and instead use “Borreliosis” and “chronic Lyme” is instead a “polymicrobial” nightmare and has never been “Lyme”). There was maybe even a reference to global warming in there, but to be fair, because my brain rejects nonsense, I instead skimmed this part of the book! So, I don’t remember exactly what was said, but somewhere in her writings there was her ridiculous theory of “Lyme disease” having something do with climate change.
Please immerse yourself on the Filonov dry fasting retreat website and hear the testimonials as to how grueling this is, and if you do not heed the warnings, or have serious underlying conditions that would be contraindicative, this can put you in the hospital. Which is the last place you want to go if you are trying to clean out the hydrogels!
You will hear testimonials of people who thought they had studied everything about dry-fasting, did the 21-day online program and thought they were fully prepared only to arrive to the in-person retreat and begin the dry fasting program and have their asses kicked! And remember, the world’s leading expert (has dry fasted 55,000+ patients) who is also a medical doctor is on site to monitor everyone. You do not have this option from the comforts of your own home.
I don’t have my recommendations on an exact dry fasting protocol fully formed yet, at least for this scenario, and listen, you need proper medical guidance! I hesitated even bringing this to a public forum, but so many are suffering, I want to this to be a public meeting of the minds and suss if this is (one of) the main solutions we have been searching for (this is not my first rodeo, and as a clinician I am not naïve enough to think there’s going to be one single solution)!
I am leaning toward starting with dry fasting one day a week, and once through a few weeks of one day a week, then trying two days back-to-back each week and holding here for a bit, then finally moving to a three-day dry fast.
What I would strongly suggest for all of you awake warriors, is to start to research. Get familiar with the science behind dry fasting, how to properly enter and exit a dry fast, and the different forms (one version, you don’t even shower or brush your pearly whites; no water touches your body), and please find a practitioner that would medically guide and support you. Even if you do all the research and your practitioner agrees to monitor you though they are not familiar with dry fasting.
And please, also research hydrogels!
You must arm yourself with even the most basic understanding of what we are dealing with. I don’t expect you to read the science if it’s over your head, but at least read the Substack’s posted by those explaining in laymen understanding the synthetic biology nightmare we have found ourselves in.
But until those of us who are clinicians can recommend an effective and safe protocol to incinerate hydrogels, I highly recommend that first do the following steps before embarking on dry fasting (because I know many of you will not want to wait):
1. Read Starving to Heal in Siberia cover to cover
2. Read Dr. Filinov’s translated Q & A book cover to cover
3. And finally, go through the 21-day guided online program offered by Filonov’s Montenegro dry fasting team
4. And finally, embark on dry fasting in the comforts of your own home
Of course, like the rest of you, I am still researching all the potential therapeutic ways to degrade cross-linked/ tuned hydrogels based on their classification, but if we can stop them from forming and hopefully take down the overall load, it will give our bodies the much-needed break they are screaming for!
