I'm pretty sure the little green donuts are bio-sensor resonators, they have a comb that converts the signal from rf to optical light.
You know which ones are optical comms? Bright white blue light.
There's different chips, The big cross ones are antennae that converts bi-optical signal into an rf cardioid signal, that people emit from the front.
The ones with multiple layers are memory chips. The four layer ones are logic chips. There's brain wave frequency sync chips. The smaller chips be sensors.
That's my guess.
