I have a TriField meter, but don't know how to use it correctly. It has so many settings...Mag and Elec, under standard AND weighted. I don't even know what weighted means. Then there is an RF setting which is in red, instead of the 2 shades of blue the others are in. I also have some Panasonic phones, because I can hear the speakerphone better on them than the cell...scared of the cell anyway. It's in a protective case, that cuts down on emf's I think, except when open to use it. I still use the speaker, don't want it aimed at my head. Our computers are hard-wired under the house, and I had our Roku's hard-wired under the house too. I keep the wi-fi on the phone turned off, I don't use it online anyway. I use a couple bluetooth speakers, but not near my body. I don't seem to be sensitive to the emf's, but just trying to be cautious.

I have an electrician friend who can test for everything from DC Magnetic field to 5g. Different people have different sensitivities, that's for sure. Yes, my electro sensitivity is much better now that I am in the woods. I don't think about it anymore.

It is also important to state that EHS and Havana Syndrome are different things. In Havana Syndrome you have sudden attacks with sound and vibration (buffeting), acute loss of equilibrium and cognitive meltdown. The attacks are caused by intentional high-power short-pulsed EM energy, while EHS is associated with the background EM radiation which for the most part is continuous rather than pulsed. I had an older meter that only did .4 to 2.5 GHz. I would call the company or look for a YouTube video about it.
