I recently met with someone who had claimed to detect signals from me using an expensive German meter. Relatively recently I had discussions with a developer in the US working on sign al detection and localisation. Other than that, I have not heard anything further.
I am the US developer. I had shared access to the program with David. I eventually abandoned the project because of lack of interest. I think the concept was too terrifying for most people to believe possible. It is very difficult to isolate the sources. We observed suspicious transmissions, but isolating sources to biological entities involves near far near, or near near near tests. Contact me if you have interest.

I tested high for vanadium & lithium in hair test- found in air pollutants (i live in a rural area) and through research found the nano-tube connection, increased conductivity/sensitivity to electromagnetic influences , ribbon like flexible self assembling tubes (found by embalmers, includes a molecule with spaces to accommodate lithium, the thermal reaction for assembly of crystalline structures in the blood- the neon fibers- all of it! Also references are connected to NASA/Langley- FOIA documents on dispersing/spraying residential areas w/undisclosed chemical compounds.
