This is very disturbing. I am having amalgam fillings removed from my mouth today-- how do I deal with this information?! Both are bad for the body!!

I've just clicked that this thread is about dental anesthetics, and contaminants! It surprisingly easy to have fillings removed with NO anesthetic! I personally have had 21 amalgams removed without any anesthetic whatsoever, not because I'm so tough, but because the dentist had skillz!

Do the amalgam removal one by one over months or years! Insist on safe removal i.e. rubber dam, ventilation etc. The symptoms of chronic and acute mercury exposure can pop up a decade later! Ask me! Chelation is highly recommended, but not 'till AFTER all fillings are removed.

I have quit a few fillings- I am only removing one quadrant at a time and am already doing chelation IV therapy. After I complete each quadrant I will have chelation. Most likely scheduling a month apart due to insurance issues. Thank you for your reply. Because I have avoided the dentist for 3-4 yrs I now have issues that must be dealt with so I cannot avoid X-rays and numbing meds if I want to keep my teeth.
