Has worked w/a guy name Bainbridge who is the Sociology/Gaming/Occult piece to this puzzle -- which makes sense when you understand the bigger pic of what's going on. Although the trigger word "transhumanism" has, likely purposefully, been absent from the NSF docs -- "convergence" sounds friendlier, I suppose -- these NSF mad men are most definitely part of that cabal.
Just recently read through this doc: "Nanotechnology Revolutionary Opportunities & Societal Implications" (summary only) & although it's from 2002 there's an interesting section by the EC rep Roberto Cingolani (Italy) re. the "European roadmap for nanotechnology." (See p. 34.)
A chart is included of the possible "bottom up" approach for developing "new electronic devices" -- such as "hybrid biomolecular devices, or living circuits (e.g. neuronal)." (See p. 42.) A DNA-based circuit that forms "ribbon-like structures" ... "typical size ... 2.5 nm wide ... 100 nm in length." Described as "quite long living." The conclusion? (See p. 39.)

realization of nanoscale devices in which self assembled biomolecules physisorbed or chemisorbed

Anyone having a problem believing the tech has advanced to this -- likely, far surpassed this -- in the last 20 years? Not me.
For this we go to photograph 230624125657430 which is the second of the photos with the fine oil added.
If you use your phone camera to zoom into just under the center of the photo you will see what appears to be an octopus like object which is basking in the doughnut container next to an empty doughnut socket.
Two of its tentacles head over towards the left past the base of the empty doughnut socket. You can see the ends of the tentacles appear to be manipulating some controls over on the left on the side of the central well or shaft.
Another tentacle is hanging over the right side of the doughnut container. Another can be seen on the left side of its head and another coming out of the top of its head. There could be others.

Some comments on the latest 2:57 video of the reservoir and valve.
If you go to 2:25 on the video you will clearly see a valve at the two o’clock position on top of the circular tube containing the solution to be released. It’s only there for a couple of seconds but it’s enough.
Now let’s see the valve in action.

@ 1:44 the valve is closed.

The valve opens when the tube directly under the valve is full of (blue) solution to be released. You can see @ 1:59 when the valve closes that the tube under the valve is now nearly empty of blue solution which has all been released.
RBCs are carrying salt water. The lung alveoli capillary beds are rehydrating the RBCs as they pass. Just as the ubiquitous saline drip rehydrates RBCs.
Nothing to do with the non-science gaseous exchange of oxygen or carbon dioxide.
The red light monitoring is checking hydration with light reflection.
Hydrated RBCs are light
Dehydrated RBCs are dark

I saw it as well - it reminds me of the structures I wrote about underneath the chip being assembled in the veterinary injections. I believe they are involved in the assembly and may be directing Nano swarms into the chips being assembled. There were black cables coming out of these structures under the chip being assembled that move in synch with other activity. This can be seen at @ 8.50 to 10:00 in that video.
@ 8:50 When chip construction commences under the Tube we see the Tube beginning to uncoil until there is an explosive uncoiling of the Tube. There is then rapid outflow of building material from the uncoiled Tube into the chip being assembled.
@ 9:00 There appear to be some structures with blue lights under the Matrix where the coiled Tube was located and further over to the right. If you fast forward and back from 7:20 to 9:03 you will see what appears to be a black cable from below (south of) the sample moving along the edge of the sample - it's movement seems to be coordinated with the rest of the activity occurring. You may have to switch off the light to see it clearly.
@ 9:05 you can watch construction of the chip with several bots in attendance – most inside the chip – but you can see them moving around inside. Incidentally the bots you can see are supervisor bots - the construction is being carried out by swarms of nanobots that are too small to individually resolve.
I believe the dark streaks we see appearing @ 9:20 under the chip and around the vicinity of the chip may be signs of these nanobot swarms. Similar black lines can also be seen leading into the other chips in this video.
