How to avoid such contamination? I rarely visit dentists but in past 10 years have one implant and 2 crowns. I so conscientious in drinking our own water from our falls in a pristine remote area, growing my own food, living consciously, growing and producing my own medical herbs, not visiting doctors or taking g drugs- and despite that I’m probably full of crystalline nano structures. And what can be done to remove these?
Reverse osmosis water filtration (and treatment of water) Sodium citrate, activated charcoal (see previous posts), no processed food. Fasting , (all those good things you are doing)
Would * never* eat processed food. Have not done so for over 30 years. I even buy organic spelt and make old school pioneering recipes handed down from my grandfathers grandmother.

Dried Organic Cloves right off the spice rack from the grocery store. Two tablespoons with a sip of water swish it around for about a minute. If you can stomach it swallow some. Whenever it starts to wear off, do it again. There is a point when adrenaline kicks in and your body's natural pain-killing chemicals kick in, and it is hard to tell what is doing what after a bit.
