The strategy is reduce contamination going in - and reverse osmosis water seems to be the best bet but you need to re-mineralise and restructure your water, avoid processed food and all medications when possible. I think the insistence on the needle over just spraying stuff is possibly three-fold:
1. There's a higher concentration of nano-tech.
2. It goes to the brain quicker.
3. It has a named recipient i.e. Name and Address.
